| Introduction | My current passion for bodybuilding and performance nutrition began with a desire to do better in sports when I was only 10-years old. While still in High School, my sister Angela opened my eyes to the world of health food and structured exercise, and I was hooked. I consider myself a self taught nutrition and exercise fanatic, and have the good fortune to be able to take my love of bodybuilding, health and performance nutrition from a “hobby” to a career. This has allowed me to work for and consult with the most prominent performance nutrition companies in the world. I am a former national level bodybuilding competitor have authored two best selling industry books: Sports Supplement Review 4th Edition and No Mistakes Nutrition Guide. Today, writing allows me to stay on top of industry trends and bring fresh perspectives to my work as a consultant with Gerstner & Associates Inc. |
