Introduction	A Public Health Practitioner and Community Media/Mobilisation Campaigner. Started social life with peoples science movement as part of Kerala Shastra Sahitya Parishad. Shifted to North India to support Literacy and Peoples Science initiatives as part of Bharat Gyan Vigyan Samiti. Initial work was largely in Uttar Pradesh. Public Health involvement was developed during this period and played a key role in Peoples Health Movement in the state. Later shifted to Chhattisgarh and was central to the team that led health sector changes in the state, including Mitanin Programme, a massive community health volunteer initiative and State Health Resource Centre, the civil society technical support institution for public health changes. Currently working in Jharkhand, for supporting initaitives similar to Chhattisgarh. In Chhattisgarh, work continue mainly on Indigenous Systems of Medicine. Involvement with Peoples Science Movement, Peoples Health Movement, Right to Food Initiatives etc continue. Public Health Resource Network, a national forum started based on Chhattisgarh experiences, is another involvement. A Public Health Student too, at University of Western Cape, South Africa.
