| Introduction | My name is Lauren and I've created this blog as a way for my husband, Jon, and I to share our family's story. We've lost two sons to Autosomal Dominant Polycystic Kidney Disease (ADPKD). Baby Pher (19 weeks gestation, 07/21/10) and Rex Christopher (07/20/11-07/21/11). Our healthy take-home baby was born (six weeks early - pre-term premature rupture of membranes) on 9/24/12 - Tate Holland.
