| Favorite movies | I hadn't been to a movie (theater) in over 20+ years so when 'Amazing Grace' came out I really wanted to see it. It was very good and I even learned some information about the British slave trade. I also now know a bit more about a man who made a significant difference in his environment, William Wilberforce. |
| Favorite music | Worship music is definitely the genre I gravitate to. Not to mention that the 'Vertical Connection' is all about 'worship'. Music that brings you into the presence of the Lord, music that focuses on all that He is and that praises Him for all He has done in our lives. Just ask the guys I work with because they would say that if Kimberly Dawn had her way it would be Hillsong of Australia all the time! I believe their music is probably the most incredible worship music today. If only my program could be all Hillsongs, all the time:0) But I'm afraid that wouldn't fly as we need to encompass the other many incredible worship artists out there, Chris Tomlin, Paul Baloche, Vineyard, etc. Too many to mention. |
| Favorite books | Love letters from my King, the Bible, and The Shack. Yet, I am reading through several including Bible studies that are so wonderful. We are indeed spoiled today where so many other places in the world haven't a fraction of what we have! Oh my, to have way too much of a good thing is an interesting reality! |
