| Introduction | I don't have any answers, no definitive idea of who I am or what to say about my current state of affairs. Once something is written about or declared, it is unnaturally cemented in an ever-changing world. Many things that I could write about myself will be obsolete in a matter of days, hours, or moments. But one constant is my desire to reduce the amount of self-created suffering in my life, and hopefully for those around me as well. I do believe in the mantra: "Pain is inevitable, but suffering is optional." |
