| Introduction | I am a senior nutrition major at the University of Vermont. I work at a cafe in my home town called The Local Buzz, where I act as a barista, a baker, and a cook. I am also a gardener. Gardening is one of my favorite hobbies, the act of growing my own food is one of the most rewarding feelings. |
