Introduction	I've been racing triathlons since 2005 and have got into Ironman and Long Distance racing in a big way. It's taken me to many beautiful locations, many moments of joy and a fair few worlds of pain along the way. The plan is to keep a record of races I do so that when I'm old and clapped out I'll be able to remember the good times when I was young and fit.
