| Introduction | We are all students at University of Illinois at Chicago and have began a collaborative project with the organization Global Architecture Brigades on an international project for the impoversihed in Panama. We are researching and designing a project that will eventually be built in Panama, by us and with the community, to help house the residents. Our goal is to construct a space while teaching the community members how to build without our help. Hopefully this will enable and empower the surrounding community to continue rebuilding their neighborhoods. |
