| Introduction | After 23 years in medical sales, I decided to get my Master's Degree in Natural Health and Wellness and focus on Stress Management. So, I have come up with an acronym for "DeStress with Joy" and want to share these tidbits with others! My new mode of operation is "DeStress with Joy" instead of going at "Mach 12 with my Hair on Fire!" This blog is one way to unwind, sit back, relax, and think of little ways to find joy and "chill out" as the saying goes........try it! It's worth the 5 minutes! |
