| Introduction | I am married have three grown children and two West Highland White Terriers,name Winston and Bailey. I grew up in Spokane Washington. I now live in SW Florida because it's warmer in SW Florida. I am a huge Seahawks fan. . I really enjoy any kind of history. I am a graduate of the Penn Foster school of home inspection. I am a NACHI certified home inspector. NACHI stands for the national association of certified home inspectors. NACHI is the largest home inspector certification organization in the world with more than 10,000 members. I am also a MICRO certified mold inspector. MICRO stands for Mold Inspection Consulting and Remediation Organization. I am also a EPA certified HVAC technician.Which means I am one of the few home inspectors in SW Florida that can do all three disiplines. This saves my Realor customers allot of time and money.
