| Introduction | As a resident of Wallingford for 54 years I've seen a lot of changes over the years. Growing up on Aldon Lane I played in the than open fields now occupied by Interstae I-91. I sledded at the Country Club in the winter and in the summer months I picked vegetables at Beaumont Farms to earn some change and swam with my Dad in the late afternoon at the Blueberry Hill Club which is now occupied by the 12th hole at Traditions. Wallingford is a great town. I was lucky to grow up in a town so rich in tradition and values. While I am very proud to work for AT&T, I am even prouder to serve the residents of our home town as a Councilor. I truly appreciate the life I have in Wallingford and the friends I have met over the years. |
| Interests | Representing as a Councilor every resident of Wallingford, I enjoy going to the council meetings, attending events throughout town, and supporting our Police, Fire, and Emergency Service Personnel, I also enjoy visiting our schools I am constantly amazed by our programs and facilities,Education certainly has come a long way since I graduated in 1977 from Lyman Hall, I will continue to support a strong school system that prepares our children for success, I enjoy being a husband, a parent and a Grandfather to my two grandsons Tristan John and Jackson Ryan Sullivan, I still enjoy getting out weekly in the summer to play in the mens softball league with my friends, Last year I coached my daughter Riley's Gannon League girls basketball team and had a ball. This year I'm really looking forward to the season, Lastly, and on a serious note I am a Prostate Cancer survivor and encourage all my male friends to have a PSA screening and a colonoscopy. Both are painless and can be a lifesaver. |
