| Introduction | Vincent is a skilled and talented consultant with experience developing software and delivering solutions to solve technical and business problems. He has many years of experience delivering Master Data Management solutions in health care and other industry verticals. In his roles of a Solution Architect and Technical Analyst, he has designed and implemented many multi-domain MDM solutions and has experience developing custom extensions for related solutions. Vincent has in depth knowledge and experience with many programming languages and keeps current with the latest software development technologies and architectures. He currently has certifications from IBM and HL7 Canada. Over the past few years, he has worked extensively on eHealth related projects in Client Registries and integration.
