Describe the sound of a moist waffle falling onto a hot griddle.
A muffled sizzle. Although I don't know why a moist waffle would fall onto a griddle. Waffles are made with waffle makers; griddles are used for pancakes. This reeks of kitchen appliance cross-contamination.
