Introduction I should state I am not a doctor, not related to the medical profession, nor am I paid by any company to promote a product or service. In 1996 I was diagnosed with Lupus, in 2002 with Transverse Myelitis, and in 2006 with Multiple Sclerosis. In 2008 I contracted Pneumonia and ended up in the hospital for 16 consecutive months. There, I had four Full Cardiac Arrests in six months. I was in bad shape. That being said, I put together my Health and Wellness Blog so that any information I learned may help you or anyone else you know. Good health is a precious thing to have and maintain. So, if the information on my Blog can help anyone, then I have achieved my goal. You see, when you become ill, there is no A-Z manual showing you the fastest and easiest way to regain your health. So, remember the following. If you ever become ill, seek the support of your family and friends. They will be your backbone. If one doctor cannot provide the solution for a cure or a better quality of life, then move on to the next one. Think outside the box. There is more out there than just Western Medicine. PRAY AND DO NOT EVER GIVE UP. YOU CAN BECOME HEALTHY AGAIN...
