| Interests | Why is the CBRS bill important to me? On 1/26/2003, I gave birth to our first born daughter Samantha. She was stillborn. A few weeks had gone by and through the haze of this devasting tragedy I realized that we didn't receive her birth certificate in the mail. I found out that no birth certificate would be issued and the fetal death certificate was filed but would not be sent to us. We would be receiving no official document of what we had endured. |
