| Introduction | Hi everyone. I'm Gillian, I live in New York City and this is my first blog; hopefully, you will find it interesting, useful and even amusing. I've been a vegetarian for over 20 years and counting, eschewing poultry, fish and meat. I do eat limited dairy, though generally inline with Ayurveda principles (ghee and occasionally paneer as opposed to cheese, etc.).
