Introduction	Now that I am in my 50's, I look at life a little differently. So far, life has had its ups and downs, but being married to my best friend makes everyday special. I've performed at Renaissance Faires up and down the East Coast of the USA and Canada, been an Innkeeper in New England, an expedition leader on the Appalachian Trail, Game reviewer, writer, and so much more. I think the best thing about growing up was that my parents didn't believe in drugging hyperactivity, so instead of sitting around doing nothing I discovered how to channel my energy and learned so much, from languages to sports, to life long skills. Most importantly as I have grown older, I have learned to take one day at a time and relax. Unfortunately, it took me 52 years to learn that stress does kill and cause lifelong damage to the body and soul.
