| Introduction | I'm a wife (35 years), mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Professionally, I'm a credentialed psychologist who specializes in clinical hypnosis, having earned doctorate degrees in both hypnotherapy (DCH) and psychology (PhD). I'm founder and Director of Evergreen Professional Hypnotherapy in Stockton, CA (since 1992) and in 2003 was named Stockton’s Small Business Person of the Year. I have written four books: (1) Charming Children -- How the Relaxation Game Helps Good Parents Raise Great Kids, (2) ASAP - Affirming Success And Prosperity, (3) The Rising Tide Model for Self-improvement, and (4) So Help Me God -- The Psychology of Religion and its Influence on the Self-help Movement. I enjoy time with my family, riding my horse, and teaching Traditional Yoga at the local university (originally certified as an instructor nearly 40 years ago).
