| Introduction | I am a Scientist by training. I am passionate about growing Ideas into Innovations. I keep experimenting with ways of balancing my Creativity and Execution. I have developed a systematic innovation framework - Innovation Flow - to grow ideas into innovations. Here I evolve my ideas through four phases - Focus, Leap, Orient and "Whats Next - to grow them into innovations. I use this methodology to create strong patents and launch innovative new products.
