| Introduction | For the purposes of this blog, I will not go into much of my life beyond running. I began running in 7th grade and loved it right away. I ran through high school, and thanks to some injuries, had to cut back significantly. Then, college happened, and for multiple reasons, I only ran occasionally (I went over two years without needing to replace my running shoes). About a year ago, I got back into it -- regularly running and regularly loving it. This is a way for me to keep track of my running and keep track of my progress. |
