| Introduction | I'm a 35 year old wife and Texan living in Florida by way of California, and am returning to school full-time to obtain a degree in Event Management. Even though I will be taking classes full-time and working part time, I still want to make sure we eat good-quality, home-cooked meals. To help accomplish that goal, I coupon, create bi-weekly menu plans and attempt once a month cooking. In my free time (what's that?), I scrapbook, rubber stamp cards, knit and go to Walt Disney World with my husband, Roger. One of our favorite things about Disney is the dining, and one of our goals is to eat at every restaurant on property so I also post pics and reviews from our Disney Dining excursions. Rounding out our little family are our two cats, Arkhe and Phelia, and our pup, Gracie. All of this combined keeps me pretty busy so I sometimes am unable to complete things to my desired level of perfectionism leaving me to often ask, "Is this sufficient?" Well is it? |
