Introduction	I grew up cooking with both my mother and father - the smells of our traditional Afghan cuisine wafting out of our kitchen were always the envy of our neighbors! Now I cook anything, but my specialty will always be Afghan. I often don't cook with recipes - thus explaining the curious lack of them in my posts. But I can usually make a good guess as to what I put in something, so always - just comment if you want a recipe!
