Introduction	Our family has agreed to be a test family for the "Eating Healthy on a Budget" menu that Chef Justin Timineri at the Florida Department of Agriculture has developed. We will be giving candid reviews of the recipes, ease of preparation, kids responses (they are nothing if not blunt) and how well it all worked. We have talked wtih our two older children, who are used to their routines and they are eager give their opinions.
