| Introduction | Born in Amsterdam twenty years ago, my parents moved to Dublin when I was four. They came for one year, but the Irish charm won them over. Soon one year became two,two became three and three became sixteen and counting. Now I study Speech and Language therapy in Trinity College Dublin. Living as a student in the bustling capital I often feel more Irish than Dutch. Last summer I worked for the second summer in France. It was here that I met Katie. After three months of forcing my friendship on her it was a sad goodbye at the end of the season. A year later we plan to walk the Camino together in search of adventure, fun and a great experience. |
