Introduction	Fatty on a mission to get in shape. I'm a 30 something looking to get back into shape. I was an overweight kid/youth and made the decision to lose 90+lbs at 19 and suceeded by the time I reached 22, but managed to gain it all back plus some over the past 4 years. I miss the healthy me and the feeling of having control of my body, mind and spirit. I know this is a lifelong journey now and am ready to take the plunge. I have a beautiful son and wonderful husband who are supporting me along the way.
