| Introduction | Welcome! My name is Amy and I live in beautiful Perth, Western Australia with my wonderful husband. While we currently live in a little inner city house, we own 25 acres of luscious green land in Tasmania. One day we will move there and try and live a slightly more sustainable lifestyle & fill our bellies with fresh, home grown produce. For now we continue to hone our cooking skills and use lovely fresh ingredients where possible.
