Introduction	Why am I doing this - Because I Can. So many people are physically or mentally unable to enjoy the benefits of exercise. I decided to push myself and achieve the goal of finishing a Half Ironman. I've achieved this goal - so what's next - join me in my quest to seek the ultimate challenge and conquer it! I am married to Brian, who has finally realised - it is easier to let me do all these weird and wonderful things and be fit and happy! I have had three lovely girls, two are still with us - Celine born 4 July 1998, and Ella born 2 June 2005. Kelsi born 27 June 2001 passed away on 7 April 2004. Kelsi is my inspiration in doing all that I do, as she had Cerebral Palsy, and had to work damned hard to just get through each day.
