Introduction	I live in San Jose, CA, after growing up in Boston. I'm co-founder of a software company. I have M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Industrial Engineering. I got my bachelor's degree from Duke University. I've always loved books, especially children's books and mysteries, and I feel strongly that more children should grow up with the opportunity to love books. I also think that more adults should try reading children's books, and that the ones who do should be able to share their thoughts on children's books with others. To work towards these ends, I started my blog. I also am on the board for the Foundation and Friends of the Santa Clara City Library, and am an organizer for the Cybils book awards.
