| Introduction | I have the privilege of designing change programmes and managing change teams for the implementation of major business transformations across the world both as an Associate Director and Senior Consultant at the Head Offices of a major multi-national, and also as the founder of the 7Cs Of Change Consultancy. --- Both roles allow me to work globally with colleagues and partners at all levels of hierarchy from numerous cultures on a variety of transformation programmes. --- My writings in the field of Business Transformation have appeared as articles in traditional business magazines and journals across the globe (including Japan, India, Malaysia and UAE). --- In November 2014 my debut book, 'Transformative Change', was published on paperback and e-book by Management Pocketbooks and released worldwide. The book was based on my 7Cs Of Change Methodology and toolkit and is available in bookstores globally and numerous internet retailers (such as Amazon where it charted in the Top 100 business books sales chart in November 2014). |
