| Introduction | I found out a little more than a month ago i have high blood pressure, after blood tests and losing 10 pounds between doc visits i found out if i lost at least 50 more i could be put off the meds i recently put on to regulate my blood pressure. i have always though man i should lose weight but had no real motivation, but now i have to. i want to be healthy. i want to be fit. i want to be around to see my niece and nephew grow up. to love myself and maybe love myself enough to let someone fall in love with me. and i must lose weight and change my life to do so. this is my journey. |
