Introduction | I'm a healthcare storyteller who creates editorial materials like magazine articles, newsletters, custom web content, case studies and white papers (to name a few) for companies seeking to enhance their visibility among the 50+ audience. I started as a clinical writer, but quickly found I had a knack for consumer materials, so that hospitals, non-profits, big pharma, medical devices, and others could attract more clients, and also better communicate with their internal personnel. I became one of the first writers to move from print to web content and even lectured on "Writing for the Web" at national conferences, including American Medical Writers, Direct-to-Consumer/Physician and Council of Science Editors. I've also created a special corporate presentation on this topic and on "Driving People to YOUR Website." I have a particular niche in areas like caregiving and long-term care, which developed long before they were buzzwords. FYI-My background's in health industry consults, but I can take my skills and apply them to anyone seeking to reach this older audience, including travel, finance, computers, beauty and more. |
