Introduction	In June 2007 at 155kgs I had lapband surgery, in an effort to save my life. Unnfortunately my body rejected my band, and it was removed in April '08. The band did help me, it helped me lose enough weight to be able to start exercising, and to shed some weight, but once the band was removed, my body started to regain, no matter what I did. I then went on to have a Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy (VSG), to help me finish what the band started. This is my journey...
