Introduction	My name is Rachel Passfield and I train in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Andy Roberts. I have trained there since April 2009 alongside my brother Matt who is a blue belt and has been training since January 2008. I am starting here to record my training, review my journey through competitions and progression within BJJ. I hope you enjoy the read and please get in touch if you want/need to ask anything :)
