Introduction	I grew up in Torrance, California only minutes away from the beach. At Garden Grove High School, Steve Martin (who was a year ahead of me) was my cheerleading partner - how cool is that? I started in sales, moved around a lot until finally settling in Kansas City about 25 years ago. I'm now CEO of The Koehler Bortnick Team, a real estate team which is a division of Reece and Nichols. I wouldn't be where I am today without my wonderful team - they constantly amaze me
