| Introduction | I devoted my life to the pursuit of wisdom more than forty years ago. I continually study Buddhist, Taoist, and other spiritual literature and meditation practices. In 1986, I was the first western initiate into a rare esoteric form of Taoist-Buddhist meditational Qigong, which I teach on a one to one basis. In 1994, in accordance with Drikung Kagyü lineage, I took refuge in Tibetan Buddhism. My most profound wish is to bring the universal principles of these spiritual teachings to all by writing with every day words so they can be applied to our daily lives, I want to show how to find our teachers and the teacher within.
