Introduction	I love the endurance sports, trail ultra running especially. Though as of late, I'm been focusing a lot more attention on OVERALL fitness, with more upper body workouts included. I also love riding our Arabian horses with my kids or my KTM SXC motorcycle. I have a Stratocaster guitar that my son is helping me learn to play.
