Introduction	I am a writer and a mother of two young girls, ages four and six. I recently published a book, "Fit Family: The Infant, Toddler, and Preschool Years." It took me two years to write while staying home with my kids. I love to exercise with my kids and find that getting moving and getting out is great for our energy level.
