Introduction Have you ever wondered what it would be like to grow your own supply of marijuana? You’d no longer have to rely on dispensaries or dealers to get your monthly allotment of cannabis. Instead, you could simply harvest some buds off of your home grown plants, roll up a joint, and be well on your way to success. Well, today I am bringing the people of Connecticut some great news. As of July 1, 2021, it is now legal for adults over the age of 21 to grow cannabis in their own home if they have a medical card. Some people may want to grow their own cannabis because there are not yet dispensaries set up around Connecticut, and that makes sense as well. It will take some time before the government is able to properly set up all the administration and resources needed to move this bill into action, but at least we can add Connecticut to the list of states that have legalized medical and recreational marijuana. In that state, it is now legal for any adult over the age of 21 to possess up to 1.5 ounces of cannabis. This is made in an effort to decriminalize marijuana, which is just as important as making it part of the medical industry.
