Introduction	I have been married to Ray since 1979 and have two wonderful sons - Phillip and Steven and a beautiful daughter-in-law Alanna. I enjoy walking on the beach, nature, travelling to new destinations and getting away in our caravan. On a professional note I have been working in the vocational education sector in Australia since early 1990 and am particularly interested in how change affects people.
