Introduction	I am a licensed Tupler Technique® provider and a mother of three beautiful daughters 6,3 and 2 mos. My passion is helping people heal their diastasis recti - or their abdominal separation often caused by pregnancy so they can RECLAIM their CORE, get that flat stomach, get rid of back pain, and feel strong and confident. Being diligent with these exercises, through my third pregnancy I felt strong as I tried to keep my abs in tact, and my muscles recovered quickly afterwards! The Tupler Technique® made all the difference!
