IntroductionI feel very fortunate that my career has also been part of my own journey of healing and self-development. I originally trained as a beauty therapist and enjoyed the variety of ways that I could help my clients look and feel better. That was thirty years ago and since then I have trained in many different disciplines. In my clinic I offer a variety of treatments and health programmes that include Aromatherapy, Ayurveda, Massage, and Dr Hauschka Holistic treatments and skincare. My own interest and regular practice of Meditation led me to India and I have been fortunate enough to study Yoga and Ayurveda with some of the leading doctors and teachers. Ayurveda and Yoga are great examples of natural healing, preventative medicine and spiritual practice. Everyone can improve the quality of their life by incorporating aspects of these two disciplines.
