| Introduction | I'm a PhD student of Murdoch University here in Perth, Western Australia, affiliated with the Asia Research Centre. My research interest is the urban poor of Naga City, specifically assessing the impact of the Kaantabay sa Kauswagan (KSK) Program, of which the major platform is giving land and expectedly, security to the urban poor.
