Introduction	I'm an Emergency Room Physician who works ONLY night shifts at a LEVEL I Trauma Center. I see the good and the bad, but most of all I see the lack of compassion, care and understanding of the patient population I serve. I created this blog site because I was inspired by a college buddy (who has an AWESOME blog) to bring to life the EXPERIENCES of working in an EMERGENCY ROOM while balancing the struggles of "real life".
