Introduction	Welcome to our blog from the beautiful island of Maui. We are Dan and Natasha, parents of 3 wonderful children, and creative artisans. perfecting our craft in jewelry making. In addition to our daily work, we have completely restored two home built Wharram catamarans which led to our nine month family voyage of maui nui on a 35 foot tongaroa. Our jewelry business has led to creations that have adorned several Hollywood names as well as many tourists and natives. Our unique style combines semi-precious stones with high quality Kahelei-lani(leptothrya verruca) shells creating lovely and elegant/causal pieces. Some leis are made traditionally with the only the rarest of shells selected to create multistranded rope possibly adorned with a sunrise shell (decatopecten noduliferium) We also carve shell and fossil ivory in figures and traditional fish hooks which we feature on certain pieces.
