Introduction	I was born the son of a Hungarian Restauranteur in Adelaide, Australia. I loved everything about dads restaurant, from the smell of the old wine cellar, the hustle and bustle of the busy kitchen to sneaking tasty snacks from the cool rooms when Chef wasn't looking. Though the old place is now long gone, my love of food and the search for culinary adventure is well and truly alive. Reason To Taste is all about the colourful, fragrant and sometimes spicy world of food, from home and abroad. Bon Appetite.
