Introduction	Jilly began to write at age 7. She published her first piece at 12, got her first commission at 16, and was interviewed on Fleet Street at 18. Her work has appeared in numerous magazines, newspapers, anthologies, annuals and on sweet wrappers. Her first children's book "Yucketypoo - The Monster That Grew and Grew" was published in 2007 and her second one "Yucketypoo Slimes Again" in 2009. She has also published several poetry booklets. Jilly has been interviewed on local radio and TV and has run Creative Writing courses and workshops for adults and children. She has done talks at writing groups and at a number of schools. She has successfully run Addiscombe Young Writers - a group for local 6 - 11 year olds - since 2012. Her latest book "My Writer" was published in March 2015
