Which is more important to you and why: flexibility or expandability?

Flexibility; in terms of relationships you can expand as much as you want but still feel alone. I think it's simple, it's not the number of friends you have but the quality you yearn for. You have to be flexible in this manner, learn to appreciate differences or for time eternal will you have a hole in your heart. :)
