| Introduction | My background and speciality is in Credit Management and Business Growth spanning some 35 years. Credit is a selling process is as close as I can get to a trade mark and a philosophy that says traditional key performance indicators and delivery are not enough to give a company the competitive edge it requires. This attitude and approach allowed me to raise my profile and that of Credit Management significantly over the years, allowing me to write articles, train people, present and mercifully be rewarded with awards and recognition for doing so.
