| Introduction | I am a wife, mother and part time nurse. I'm also a widow. This blog is about my life, experiences I've had and memories I carry with me. My husband Brian Scott Etheridge, a Sedgwick County Sheriff's Deputy was shot and killed in the line of duty on September 28, 2009. I am now married to a Wichita Police Officer, Derek.
