| Introduction | I live on a farm with my lovely wife, a wonderful border collie and her pup, about nine cats that were dumped or otherwise sought us out and two huge sows who are the last remnants of a tradition of field farrowing that my family engaged in as far back as anyone knows. Found myself supporting a pig farm in Iowa by playing fiddle & banjo...the pigs had to go. Kept two half Tamworth sows to keep the collie amused. I teach music, make and repair instruments, and we travel and perform any chance we get. We play anything from backyard parties to corporate events and can run the rosin and bow all night wihout repeating ourselves. Many a fine morning I've seen the sun come up with a fiddle in my hand. |
